Tristin is the founder of Belgrade Wellness Collaboration and Intrinsic Touch. She is ecstatic to be sharing her professional bodywork and holistic knowledge with the world. Tristin’s touch is therapeutic and firm, yet relaxing and restorative. She is very passionate about each of her client’s well-being. She values coming from a space of understanding and openness, while offering empathy and compassion to assist them through their healing process.
Tristin specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports & Injury Massage, Somato-Emotional Release, Neuromuscular and Cupping therapy. She uses various deep tissue and structural integrative techniques to restore healthy tissue and range of motion. Tristin’s holistic approach to bodywork brings the whole body into consideration, and every treatment is detailed, specific, and customized for each client’s individual needs. Through Zonology, her focus is working with the mental and emotional bodies, to get to the root cause of the pain or symptoms showing up in the body. Tristin believes in the body’s intrinsic intelligence — the body’s innate ability to heal itself. She firmly believes that mind, body, and spirit must all come into consideration in order to become one’s highest self and reconnect to your inner blue-print.
Tristin studied at the Utah College of Massage Therapy. Directly after her completion of school, she worked full-time in Park City at “The Spa” at Stein Erikson Lodge — Utah’s finest Five-Star Spa. She has worked with various Physical Therapy and Chiropractic clinics. In 2017, Tristin founded Intrinsic Touch MT and opened her private practice in Gallatin Valley. She created Belgrade Wellness Collaboration for holistic practitioners and their clientele to have a one-stop center for their deeper healing to begin. Tristin and her family just moved to North West Montana and is currently working towards building a center for teaching the method of FootZonology in the beautiful and serene Kootenai National Forest.
Tristin has studied under Katri Nordblom and other advanced instructors, where she received her Face, Back and FootZonology diplomas, herbal and aromatherapy training from the Nordblom American Institute of FootZonology. She is now an instructor for the institute and is currently taking new Foot/Back/and Face Zonology students. Tristin is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and is licensed and insured in the State of Montana. She is International Cupping Therapy Certified and has a very strong commitment to continuing her education.
In her free time, Tristin enjoys being outside — gardening, on the river or in the mountains, hiking, running, skiing and backpacking with her husband, Matthew, and their sweet growing family.

“Tristin has a plethora of knowledge about the human body and nutrition. She uses this knowledge and adept massage skill to heal your body. She’s exceptionally trained and capable. Go see her, you won’t regret it!”
